BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - Lindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of driving under the influence Saturday and was slightly injured when the troubled actress' convertible struck a curb, police said. Lohan, 20, and two other people were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 when it crashed on Sunset Boulevard around 5:30 a.m. Officers at the scene found a "usable amount" of a drug tentatively identified as cocaine. They declined to say where the drug was found other than to say Lohan was not carrying it. HMMT!
Lohan said in January that she had checked into a rehabilitation center for alcohol treatment. Her publicist confirmed in December that the actress was attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. IMG is attempting to take over every market. If you type in Olympus Fashion Week, it is no longer a separate website from Mercedes Benz in LA. They are now one and the same. IMG also recently took over Miami Fashion Week, but have completely avoided Atlanta, which I am currently planning Haute.Lanta Fashion Week. Fashion Week Berlin has lined up a string of local heavy hitters, including Hugo Boss, Puma and Michalsky, plus Britian's Vivienne Westwood for the launch of its new fashion season.
Entitled Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin, the twice-yearly season makes its debut this summer, scheduled from July 12 to 15 in the German capital.
The brainchild of IMG Fashion, Fashion Week Berlin’s catwalk shows will be staged in a custom-built space before the backdrop of the Brandenburg Gate, the sight of ecstatic scenes back in 1989 when the Berlin Wall fell.
Germany’s leading designer brand Hugo Boss will kick off the new season on the opening day with a runway show of the spring-summer 2008 collection of its edgier Hugo line.
In something of a coup, Vivienne Westwood will present her Anglomania collection. Westwood is a habitué of Berlin; she was until last year a professor in the city’s leading fashion school, UDK.
Also joining the calendar is Michalsky, the urban sportswear collection designed by Michael Michalsky, the former creative director of adidas, the debut of the Rudolf Dassler by Puma collection and eccentric local brand Sisi Wasabi.
The season will also showcase five emerging, young designers on Sunday, July 15. The five - C.Neeon, Kaviar Gauche, Talkingmeanstrouble., Macqua and Lala Berlin – will compete for a New Generation Award, sponsored by Kardstadt-Quelle, Germany’s leading department store chain which will then retail the winner’s collection.
“Berlin, with its unparalleled energy and creativity, will provide a strong foundation for this new fashion initiative, which will appropriately combine international brands that appeal to the city’s spirit with local and up and coming designers,” commented Fern Mallis, Vice President of IMG Fashion in New York.

According to TV.com, Sex and the City creator Darren Star is back to New York in this new dramedy pilot, about four female executives, friends since college, who support one another through the trials and tribulations of work, family, and everything else life in New York City throws at them.
The Break-Up Peyton Reed is going to direct this drama pilot. Maid in Manhattan writer Kevin Wade wrote the pilot and will executive produce alongside Star, Gail Katz and Star's producing partner Suzie Fitzgerald.
Kitchen Confidential's Bonnie Sommerville is set to join Ugly Betty's Lucy Liu, War of the Worlds Miranda Otto and The Importance of Being Earnest Frances O'Connor as the main four successful female executives on this drama series. Bonnie will play Caitlin Dowd, a senior VP for a cosmetic giant. Otto was originally cast as the cosmetics giant but has moved to a different part, Juliet Draper, the COO of a hotel chain. Meanwhile, Lucy Liu was booked as Dylan Mason, one of the quartet. Charmed Julian Ovenden will play Eric Burden, the husband of Zoe Burden played by Frances O'Connor. O'Connor's character is a top investment banker who is struggling to balance her roles as mother, wife and Wall Street whiz.

LOS ANGELES - A judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in county jail Friday for violating her probation, putting the brakes on the hotel heiress’ famous high life.
Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

Okay so I am not a sports chic, but my Dad is a basketball fanatic. He can find a basketball game on every day of the year whether it be professional, college, or high school. I only became interested when the team members became interested in me. I stopped attending the Warriors games, when I stopped dating the players. Plus there were only about 300 fans on the stands anyway! Hee Hee. Last night we had about 27,000 fans including celebs such as Snoop Dogg, Carlos Santana, Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson, and Kate Hudson, and golfer Fred Couples. WOW!

He used to visit Conerstone Baptist Church when he played for the Warriors back in the day, but everybody knows that our pastor doesn't let out until almost three and he had practice. Maybe he should have attended last Sunday to pray for Dallas because they needed a whole lot of it last night.

I don't know about you, but I always go to fight parties with a fork and an appetite. I usually leave not knowing who fought or who won...and a bit tipsy off the Belvedere and 7 Up. No ice of course. This time around, I am watching just to see if 50 Cent will win or lose his MILLION DOLLAR BET because although Mayweather is undefeated, according to my dad, De La Hoya "ain't" no punk!
If you've been watching HBO's De La Hoya-Mayweather 24/7 show, you probably noticed that 50 Cent is now part of Pretty Boy Floyd’s entourage. Fifty even announced that he bet $1 million on Mayweather to take out the Golden Boy this weekend. Now Mayweather has asked 50 to walk him to the ring, where he will perform his new single, 'Straight to the Bank.'
